Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is more than sixty (60) days prior to your arrival date, all payments less $150 cancellation fee, are fully refundable.

If cancellation is with-in thirty (30) to sixty (60) days of your arrival date, 50% of all payments made, less $150 cancellation fee, are refundable.

If cancellation is made within thirty (30) days of arrival date, no refunds will be made.

**If home can be rebooked for your same dates, a refund will be given. The difference in the rebooked rental amount, if any, will be pro-rated.

         Please be aware that 30 days out, most families have already booked their vacations, so few are looking for a vacation house so soon beforehand.**

• There are no refunds for early departures.
• The Homeowner is entitled to cancel the Guest stay if house rules are broken during the rental period
